Keto – The Healthy Way!

When people hear the word “keto”, they often cringe. They picture greasy piles of bacon, sticks of butter, fat bombs, bulletproof coffee, and shelves of processed “keto-friendly” bars, chips, and snacks. No wonder keto sometimes gets a bad reputation!

 

I get it—because that’s exactly how I started back in 2017.

 

Like most people, I followed the version of keto that meant adding fat just for the sake of adding fat. I drank bulletproof coffee, made fat bombs, and thought I was doing it “right.” But in the back of my mind, a thought kept nagging at me:

 

“Why am I adding fat if I’m trying to lose fat?”

 

That question led me to dig deeper into the science behind keto.

 

That’s when I discovered the Emmerich way of doing keto—and everything changed.

 

No more pouring butter into my coffee. No more eating processed “keto” foods just because the label said so. Instead, it’s all about nutrient-dense, whole foods, low in carbs and without the unnecessary added fat. It’s about fueling your body the right way—not just the keto “fad” way.
